-Think they should of consider the layout of the photograph at the beginning, feel it looks a bit clumsy at the end how the effort had gone into making the type but the final resolution from the camera seems clumsy.

this is something I've always wanted to try out using type to fit almost like skin graph.

-However I'm glad I've seen the outcome to get a rough idea how it would turn out and I'm not to keen on the idea. Think I've saved some time by finding these images.

Found this on the internet but not sure who it was by, but really like the idea of Helvetica representing Hollywood. Looks well put together. Really Effective. 

Not sure why is it meant to represent Hollywood maybe thats where the gallery is? If I find out I will explain...

Really getting into hand drawn type, think this image gives it that raw look when the biro is used to fill in areas but leaves the biros mark on the paper. Hand drawn is something unique I feel that cannot be repeated exactly the same.

Taken from Sky pictures thought they were pretty interesting to look at as a collection and interesting to read and compare to the technology used these days.

Antony Gormley has placed 31 figures of himself cast in iron and fibre around roof top ledges in New York and the local police have had to respond to ten calls fearing someone was about to jump to commit suicide. I like this image just because of the story behind it.

This style of illustration of the image and type isn't my cup of tea. Not really a big fan of the kind of illustration especially used on the monsters face. I prefer more bold and harsher colours than these calm contents used here.

Reminds me of surf/skate style of illustration with the use of so many hands developing from each other. Also this could of probably made a nice lino-cut print with the different weights of details in the image.

Maybe look into the facilities to produce lino-cuts at college?

All it is replacing the skeleton of a typeface with common simple shapes.

*Start to experiment with same media but different types of equipment to see what results look like.

Don't know what to think of this, I like the idea but it isn't eligible. It would be OK if you had alot of time to look at it as on an aeroplane where you have to read something to keep yourself from being bored, but it could never work as advertising. I think its interesting how different people draw different type tho.

Seen So much of this Triangle and eye recently never really understood what it was ment so I have looked the definition up on Wikipedia quickly and this is what appeared;

Think its some nice design work that you don't usually see often, I like 

how every detail counts as the points on the end of each spike has its 

own small logo. Looks really interesting to look at as a photograph.

A photograph that I found. This Filter & desaturation makes the image look scary/ haunted because of the light on the Gothic type and cross above it. Really like the way the filter relates the type and photograph.

Think the black and white illustration works well bercause of the different thickness of lines.

The actually illustration style looks like he draws alot in this style because of the creative random lines, looks like its just gone straight onto paper rather than pencil first.

Don't really like the type above it looks like its meant to be almost a collage letter/ death letter, but as its been done digital it loses that traditional look and I don't like the style to much.
Triangles with patterns in are something Ive started to see alot of recently. I think the image has alot of imagery because of the size, colours and patterns of the triangles.
